Ive been able to achieve half of my goals and targets on my personal development plan and i plan to improve my practical skills. At the moment I am pleased with my targets and with my everything I achieved. I achieved some of my targets before December which it gives me encouragement to keep going like this. I am more confident now that i will be able to finish till June.
